The annual St Tammany Property Tax sale is normally held on a Wednesday, and in years past, has been held during the last week of May or the first week of June. You may check back with this website, or visit www.StTammanyTaxSale.com to stay abreast of information on upcoming property sales.
The property tax sale is held at the Justice Center at 701 N Columbia St, Covington, LA 70433. Please click the link for an interactive Google Map showing the location of the St Tammany Parish Property Tax Sales.
The list of delinquent tax sale properties is advertised in the St Tammany Farmer, 985-892-2323, two times before the actual sale date. Once time approxiametly 4 – 5 weeks prior to the sale, and then again one week prior to the scheduled sale date. In many cases the list of properties will see a significant/decent reduction in the total number of properties too be sold, as people come in and pay their delinquent taxes prior to the sale. *In note, the St Tammany Tax Collector will not allow anyone to pay their property taxes the actual day of the sale.
The St Tammany Farmer can be reached at 985-892-2323.
The list of delinquent tax sale properties is also available online at www.stpso.com. Once there, then click the "Civil and Tax" tab. This should guide you to easy access of the property list.

*PS I have been buying, or attempting to buy :), property tax sales since 1998. Property tax sales are an excellent investment and give an excellent return on your money. Up to 17% return the first year in Louisiana! Good luck and happy bidding…!
