72 home sales in the month of May, for the Cities of Mandeville and Madisonville. For the third month in a row an increase. In March the number was 66 a 20% jump from the previous month, and one of the highest totals in 3 years. In April the number was 71 and now in May 72. This is sweet. This puts a smile on a lot of people’s faces. 🙂 3 months in a row of positive numbers.
