This is an increase over May by 15%, however I want to temper this with timely expiration of the First Time Home Buyers Tax Credit… Anyone who wanted to qualify for the 8K had to close on their property by June 30th, therefore We should expect an above average number of home closings, nationwide, in June.

However, June 30th was the deadline for the $8000.00 First Time Home Buyer’s Tax Credit, therefore I would expect an increase for June. Only time will tell, once we get a chance to look at July’s numbers. For the time being though. 🙂 Nothing but smiles.
