There were less than 10 people at the sale. The Sheriff's Office was only able to schedule 24 foreclosures for 11/3, and 21 of these were cancelled or postponed, therefore only 3 properties were auctioned off today. The sale was over by 10:15. I am also attaching the list of cancelled sales, which was very thick. 🙂

I did not make this entire sale, and a friend / co-worker helped me by taking down the information. I had an appointment to make.
The battery ran out on the microphone and so the sale was held up against the wall, and there was a large crowd in attendance, however I had to run so… However the list is attached and the details are filled in. I am also attaching a list of the cancelled sales.

Here are a few pictures of a baby squirrel one of my dogs found near my home in Folsom. I Googled "raising baby squirrels" first thing and learned a few things, one of them being you have to go back and see if Momma is looking for her Baby. Give her about 2 – 3 hours, if not then comes the fun part of raising. Lucky for me I have a friend whom works for St Tammany Animal Services and so the young one is in good capable hands. He is lightning fast… Hard to get a good pic. 🙂
