I have no doubts, in some parts of the United States, stating "for sale under $100.00 per square foot" people would laugh wishing they could get close to $100.00 per foot… I feel for their situation. However the reality is here in Mandeville; with it's beauty, serenity, proximity to New Orleans and excellent school districts, under $100 per foot is a deal. Period! Therefore, these are currently the best priced home values in Mandeville, I did set a price limit / cap of $250K, so just for referance, the criteria is; Mandeville, under 250K, under $100 per SQFT, minimum 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, average and better conditions. Please see the attached document. 47 homes… A fair to middlin' number to scratch through…

First, is the printable PDF: Download St Tammany Parish 2010-2011 School Directory This is a very handy document to someone new moving to St Tammany Parish.

Second, there is a more in-depth Online St Tammany Parish School Directory available directly through the School Board's Website.

Third, and by no means last, is an Online St Tammany Parish School Directory Map. Just plain sweet! I personally really like maps. Organization is the key to victory and maps help with organization. Secretly my plan is to conquer the world… 🙂
