A true fan is one who supports their team when they lose as well as when they win. Our New Orleans Saints overcame a daunting 5 turnovers to have 2 good chances to win the game at the end. This was an outstanding performance, showing the Saints ability to overcome tremendous adversity, and clearly showing the team's strength of will to win. True grit in my opinion. God bless, we will be cheering ourselves hoarse next year! Who Dat!

78 Homes sold in Eastern St Tammany Parish for the month of November 2011, which is a hefty decrease from the higher volume, 96 homes, sold during the month of October. With our weather changing and our days shorter, not to mention Thanksgiving, we normally see a down turn in the market at this time of the year, so not to worry. If the numbers continue to stay at this level after the first of the year, then there will be more cause for concern.

This list covers the City of Covington, LA 70433 and 70435, as well the Cities of Abita Springs, LA 70420, and Folsom, LA 70437.

46 homes sold in the Covington, Abita Springs, and Folsom Louisiana area for the month of November 2011; which is very consistent to the 50 homes sold in October. We could look hard at the numbers and say this is an 8% drop from one month to the next, however with the market heading into it's annual crawl, (November, December, and January are typically the slowest, sales volume, months of the year) I would not put much emphasis on any current slowing in the market. As we move into spring , I feel confident the volume of sales will increase.

56 homes sold in Mandeville and Madisonville for the month of November 2011. These numbers are a significant decrease, over 25%, from the 78 homes sold the previous month in October. Cooler weather, thanksgiving, the time change, all of these are factors to varying degrees. Regardless, history tells us there is always a dip in the market at this time during the market's annual cycle.
