82 Homes sold in Eastern St Tammany Parish during the month of September 2012, which is a 10% decrease from the 91 homes sold during the month of August. This is fairly standard, in many cases we see the volume of sales decrease as many people get back to school at the end of the summer. Due to the fact, in many cases people do not like to move their children during the middle of the school year, so there is less stress on their children as they transition to the new school.
