50 homes sold in the Covington, Abita Springs, and Folsom Louisiana area for the month of February 2012; which is about even with the 52 homes sold in January. Sluggish is a good adjective to describe these numbers… like molasses. Better times are ahead though. I do expect an increase in sales during the spring and summer months.

Not to worry though, January is typically a slower month during the yearly real estate cycle, and I feel confident there are better sales numbers ahead.
