I wanted to referance these documents which I obtained from the St Tammany Parish Government's Website. I was doing a little research the other day. If you look at the numbers of strictly single family residential homes which lease on a monthly basis in West St Tammany Parish, you will see they are very strong with a 3 month average of over 40 homes leased per month. (129 homes in the 30 day window I pulled). As well the lease rates are strong, with the majority falling between $1000.00 and $1600.00 per month. These numbers are good for anyone looking to pick up an investment property while we have this record number of bank owned properties on the market.
