Attached above is the list of properties which sold at the St Tammany Parish Foreclosure Sale, on 12/15/10. Many of the recent sales have been very quiet with only the attorneys / Plaintiffs attending. Here and there a property will get sold to a private investor, however there are few at this time… Wish I had better news, the REO market is where I feel the better deals currently are.

I am also attaching the list of properties which were cancelled for sale on 12/15/10.
