Attached above is the list of properties which were sold at the St Tammany Parish foreclosure sale, 4/7/10. Every property went back to the bank with one exception. The last property, a home in Woodridge North. A small subdivision located behind Rag's Poboys in Mandeville. The bidding was fierce between 3 parties, with an investor who attends regulary beating out the 2 new comers. Also I am attaching the list of cancelled sales.

Attached above is a PDF file of the homes which were sold at the St Tammany Foreclosure Sale 3/31/10. Only one property today went to a Private Investor, every other one sold back to the Bank. The foreclosures homes are upside down right now, and banks are bidding them up still. All of the properties are going REO. This is where the market for investment properties is.
