If you are developing land anywhere? This is a good place to start. It is a modular toolkit designed for city and parish planning officials. The toolkit allows for easy intergration into existing municipalities, as well for future growth. From residential and commercial to agriculture and ecosystems. A comprehensive plan now exists. Woot! (I went to a 2 hour seminar at SLU on it. It is professional and able to work on many levels, IE from small town squares, to larger cities, even parish wide jurisdictions, giving the ability to view the larger plan, incorporating all needs.)
