Teen/tween glow stick/LED party at Creative Arts of St. Tammany Children's Theater located at 70326 Highway 59 in Abita Springs in the MandAbita Plaza next to Pizza Hut.  For information, call (985) 276-9727.  Chaperoned.  Parents are welcomed to stay for additional chaperones.  Music by DJ Gerard.  Food & drinks included with $15 admission.  All proceeds go to CAST, a non-profit children's theater in St. Tammany Parish.  Glow/LED merchandise ($1-$5) will be sold the night of the party.  Parents, have a night on the town while your child gets the chance to meet new friends and have fun!

In standard the Winter months are the slowest time of the year in volume of sales for St Tammany real estate; and with this in mind an increase in sales as we head into 2014 is excellent news!

75 homes sold in the Covington, Abita Springs, and Folsom area for the month of November 2013 which is a 20% drop from the 95 homes sold during October. This is a big hit for November, but it is to be expected as we get closer to Christmas. Cyclically speaking this happens every year as we get into shorter days and cooler weather. As well, the holidays play a big part in the dip. Hope all is well. Please contact us with any questions.
