The number of homes sold over a 5 year period compared, side by side, on a monthly basis. I believe there are signs of improvement. The numbers are better, month to month. Good evening, please see above a 3 year bar graph and a 3 year line graph showing the volume of home sales in Mandeville and Madisonville, portrayed on a month to month basis. Beginning with January 2010 and running current through September, 2013, you can easily see the volume of homes sales runs on a yearly cycle with the larger volume of sales happening during the summer months, May through August. Which means this is the peak season to sell your house, as well you can also clearly see for the Mandeville and Madisonville area there has been an increase in volume of sales over the previous year, for the past 3 years! This is good, its means we have sold more homes over last year, for the third year in a row. This is excellent news.
