119 Homes sold in Eastern St Tammany Parish during the month of August 2013, which is a nice increase from the 104 homes sold during the month of July. The trend so far is leaning towards more consistent numbers stretched out over a longer period vs higher peaks and valleys. To be frank, I like consistency, I believe consistency is healthier for the market and Good Lord willing the trend continues.
