Attached above is the list of properties which sold at the St Tammany Parish Foreclosure Sale, on 12/15/10. Many of the recent sales have been very quiet with only the attorneys / Plaintiffs attending. Here and there a property will get sold to a private investor, however there are few at this time… Wish I had better news, the REO market is where I feel the better deals currently are.

I am also attaching the list of properties which were cancelled for sale on 12/15/10.

Every property sold back to the banks. A very quiet sale. I am also attaching the list of cancelled sales for 11/17/2010. Hope they get some good use. Now is just not the time to buy foreclosures. The REO market is where the better deals are.

Download Properties Sold, St Tammany Parish Foreclosure Sale, November 3rd, 2010

There were less than 10 people at the sale. The Sheriff's Office was only able to schedule 24 foreclosures for 11/3, and 21 of these were cancelled or postponed, therefore only 3 properties were auctioned off today. The sale was over by 10:15. I am also attaching the list of cancelled sales, which was very thick. 🙂

I did not make this entire sale, and a friend / co-worker helped me by taking down the information. I had an appointment to make. 

The battery ran out on the microphone and so the sale was held up against the wall, and there was a large crowd in attendance, however I had to run so… However the list is attached and the details are filled in. I am also attaching a list of the cancelled sales.

A nice sized crowd today though it was a smaller than usual foreclosure sale, or maybe there was just an unusual high number of cancellations for the week. Several properties were bid on by Investors, however I believe each one still ended up going back to the banks. I am also attaching the list of cancelled sales.

There was barely anyone at the foreclosure sale. I joked with one of the Sheriff's Officers afterwards, I could hear crickets chirping. The banks are holding back foreclosures to avoid flooding the market. There are a whole bunch more coming down the pipeline.
