A very standard day at the St Tammany foreclosure sales. Every property went back to the Banks / Plaintiffs, save 1 which was purchased by a private investor. Attendence for the sale was pretty standard, around 20 people, though there were several familiar faces in the crowd I had not see in awhile. I am also attaching the list of cancelled sales.

I did not attend the sale on 5/5, and no I was not drinking margaritas. It was 10:00 am. I did not start drinking until lunch. 🙂 LOL.
I was told by one of the Sheriff's officers it was a big sale and according to the attached sheet is was. I just do not have the final numbers plugged in.
