Download Sold Properties, St Tammany Foreclosure Sale April 7th 2010

Attached above is the list of properties which were sold at the St Tammany Parish foreclosure sale, 4/7/10. Every property went back to the bank with one exception. The last property, a home in Woodridge North. A small subdivision located behind Rag's Poboys in Mandeville. The bidding was fierce between 3 parties, with an investor who attends regulary beating out the 2 new comers. Also I am attaching the list of cancelled sales.

Attached above is a PDF file of the homes which were sold at the St Tammany Foreclosure Sale 3/31/10. Only one property today went to a Private Investor, every other one sold back to the Bank. The foreclosures homes are upside down right now, and banks are bidding them up still. All of the properties are going REO. This is where the market for investment properties is.

Attached above is a scanned copy of the Sheriff's sale list for 3/24/10, along with my handwritten notes. I would say the sale was fairly heavily attended, 25 people or so, though with fully half the crowd being representatives for the Plaintiffs. Two of the properties were sold to private investors, all of the others went back to the banks. I am also attaching the Sheriff's list of cancelled sales for 3/24/10.

Attached is an PDF scan of the properties which were sold today at the Covington Courthouse. Every property went back to the bank except for 1 which was sold to a private investor. This property was actually bid upon by 2 investors whom went back and forth several times to finally settle on a number in the 60K range.
