I wanted to referance these documents which I obtained from the St Tammany Parish Government's Website. I was doing a little research the other day. If you look at the numbers of strictly single family residential homes which lease on a monthly basis in West St Tammany Parish, you will see they are very strong with a 3 month average of over 40 homes leased per month. (129 homes in the 30 day window I pulled). As well the lease rates are strong, with the majority falling between $1000.00 and $1600.00 per month. These numbers are good for anyone looking to pick up an investment property while we have this record number of bank owned properties on the market.

The Renaissance Festival is every weekend in November and the first 2 weekends in December. Live Jousting, Birds of Prey demonstrations, Arts and Crafts, Glass Blowing, Swords.
The Festival is located at 46468 River Road, Hammond, LA 70401, just one mile north of Hammond High School on Hwy 1064. (aka River Road).
I have actually just seen the advertisement for the Faire recently, and in retrospect would have liked to have posted this information back in October. However… Hope to see you there.
