The latest in our subdivision videos, you will find Dominion Subdivision located in Madisonville, Louisiana. It is private, yet still just about 5 minutes from shopping, restaurnats, banking and medical facilities. Their homeowner’s association and architectural control committee is well established and helps preserve homeowner’s property values. Dominion has many amenities such as a children’s play area, a community pool with cabana for some leisure time, a walking path towards the back of the subdivision and a naturally landscaped pond in the front. The houses range from 2,300 to over 3,500 square feet and most of the homes are either of French or Traditional architecture. A beautiful subdivision in a private atmosphere.
