91 homes sold in Mandeville and Madisonville during the month of December, 2014, Woot!! This is a large, over 20%, increase from the lowly 69 homes sold during November. Sweet! Glad the numbers are back up a bit at the end of the year. Normally once we hit Thanksgiving, the real estate market gets very quiet, so I like to see a spike at the end of the year, bodes well for next year.
