Please see the attached 5 Year Real Estate study concerning Mandeville, LA home sales during the period January 2008 through September 2013. Early on, from 2008 to 2009, for almost 6 months there were losses from the previous year, however since that time, from 2010 forward, there have slow, but steady increases in home sales over the past several years. Not every month has kept an even keel over this time, however when you look at the majority of the numbers, you will be able to see the volume of homes sold on a month to month basis has increased for the past several years. This is great news for the real estate community in Mandeville. A higher volume of sales means decreased inventory. Less inventory means limited supply and therefore higher demand.
