I have no doubts, in some parts of the United States, stating "for sale under $100.00 per square foot" people would laugh wishing they could get close to $100.00 per foot… I feel for their situation. However the reality is here in Mandeville; with it's beauty, serenity, proximity to New Orleans and excellent school districts, under $100 per foot is a deal. Period! Therefore, these are currently the best priced home values in Mandeville, I did set a price limit / cap of $250K, so just for referance, the criteria is; Mandeville, under 250K, under $100 per SQFT, minimum 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, average and better conditions.
