38 was not exactly the number I was expecting to see when I pulled the information, however I glad to see there are contractors making a push. These 38 properties represent the entire new construction market in East St Tammany Parish LA; Slidell, Pearl River and Lacombe. I did not set a price cap in the criteria search.
