April 18th, 2011, The Tammany Together Association invited Mayors from across St Tammany Parish for an informal meeting of the minds. In this video, The Mayor of Slidell speaks, at length, about his proposal of raising taxes in response to a budget crunch. Consequently, he states he has received alot of flack due to his ideas for solutions. From the sound of it; Slidell will have to cut back personel if there is not an increase in revenue for the City.
