79 Homes sold in the Slidell, Pearl River area during the month of March 2014, which is about equal to the 76 homes sold during February. Not so good. Usually March is when we see an uptick in sales volume, and in 2014 for Slidell, March's sales were the lowest in 4 years, almost equal with 2011… However, we did have a significantly strong January and February, so this months numbers may just be a short bounce.
