June 27th, Christopher Condon “Cool Doctor Foundation” Event

I am asking you to support a very important and dear to my heart cause. As most of you know Christopher was one of my son’s best friends and I considered him “my boy” also. We had 8 fun filled inspirational years with him and his loss has affected each of us, Trey (my son) plays baseball in honor of Christopher by wearing his embroidered initials on every uniform for every game.

On June 27, 2010, the Christopher Condon Cool Doctor Foundation will have its inaugural event, a Sundowner party from 7-9pm.  The foundation is set up to honor the dream of a boy who died too soon.  He wanted to go to medical school to be the “cool doctor” for children who had life-threatening diseases and the time-consuming treatments that accompany these diagnoses.  Funds raised will be awarded as scholarships to individuals in the local community who have the same dream.

For the party, we are in need of donations of items such as the following:

• Tents Tables and chairs
• Marguerite machine Large fans
• Wine Bite size appetizers
• Serving trays Bite size desserts
• Ice Bottled water
• Soft drinks  

The Christopher Condon Cool Doctor Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization with Tax ID Number 27-2619132. Attached is a flyer about the event, please feel free to distribute to any other caring friends.
