These rates are submitted by Integra Lending based in Madisonville, LA. The $8000.00, First Time Homeuyers Tax Credit expires December 1st, 2009. On average you will need a minimum 30 to 45 days to close on the purchase of home. Therefore if you are planning on taking advantage of the $8000.00 tax credit, you should have an accepted contract on a home no later than mid October 2009. I caution as well, do not wait until the last minute!
