I love these videos, they are very informative and are well-done. Although, I do think that she does sound a little bit like a robot.
The prices as mentioned in the video is decent. But the number of houses that have been sold is quite dismal. Is this the normal trend or is it due to the economic slowdown? Can I get more information regarding this?
I think the figures are average and do not show any negativity. Property market has been low for quite some time and it will take time to recover. With unemployment rising there is little chance of speedy recovery.
