81 Homes sold in Eastern St Tammany Parish during the month of February 2013, which is just a very slight increase from the 75 homes sold during the month of January. Not too harp, but February is not normally one of the banner month of the year for real estate sales and so I expect the numbers will do better as we get closer to the Summer months.
