Our home is scheduled for sheriffs sale on November 14th. If lender buys home how long do we have to leave home? What are the steps taken,for I do not need anymore issues then I already have. i would appreciate any info you can share with me.

It really depends on the lender who buys
back the home. In some cases they will offer you cash for keys (money
to leave the home in a broom swept condition) if you move out amicably in 2 to
4 weeks. They will offer you more money if you move out quicker, i.e. it is a
scaled system. Best bet would be to contact them and see what procedure they
use. They do not want you damaging the home, or stripping it before you move
out, in essence devaluing the property, because they will have to sell it after
the foreclosure. Not to say you would, but it does happen. The bank does not
have to go through an eviction process or notice to vacate once the home is
foreclosed. Best bet is to have a strong of line of communication, as difficult
